On the menu: Sustainable fish and seafood. Options will depend on what’s fresh and available, but will include everything from smoked salmon burritos for breakfast to seafood chowder in bread bowls, crab patties and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese.

Where: South side of Slater, just east of O’Connor street  (in front of the EDC building)

When: Weekdays from about 5 a.m. to about 5 p.m. It will roam to special events on weekends
