SMOKED TO THE BONE BBQ COMPETITION



May 24 and 25, Gloucester Fairgrounds (Ottawa-Carleton Raceway) Free for spectators with general admission to fairgrounds; fees to enter professional or amateur barbecue competitions 

This competition boasts the largest professional prize purse in Canada. On May 25th, Canada’s elite professional BBQ teams will converge to compete for $20,000 and an invitation to World Food Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada.

This competition is a juried event and not normally open to the general public but we will feature the Second Annual People’s Choice Award so everyone will be able to sample real competition BBQ and then vote for the best.
